I also understand what each position entails and how frustrating & time consuming finding the right team can be. How we differ from other agencies, is we have our own local database of reliable, professional, qualified staff referred to us personally through someone within the field. We are very hands on with every step of the hiring process. We also have our sister location, Beach Cities Dental Staffing that has been serving the Dental offices of the South Bay for the last 5 years. We do not waste time with online recruitment because you never know what you’re going to get, if anyone gets back to you, or if anyone decides to show up for the interview or temp job that is. We have a personalized method that we have developed that works very effectively to find you the right talent. We gladly do all the work for you. We screen, interview, skill check, reference check, and provide a criminal background check on all employees. We do not believe in having a database full of resumes with candidates that potentially are no longer looking for work or even still working in Dentistry, where you are required to do all the work yourself and pay a monthly fee. Who has the time for that right!? We pride ourselves in being hands on with this process. We are very selective on the staff we allow to join our agency, and not just anyone can join!
